Diversified Product Development was established in 1996 as a fully integrated product design and development company. Using our core competencies, we successfully fill a niche in the mobile, construction, utility and rental equipment sector. In an effort to better serve its core markets, Diversified Product Development announced 4 new branded divisions
The LineWise brand was announced in 2013 and represents the custom utility product line at Diversified. This brand includes a variety of lineman tools such as energized line lifters, insulated work platforms, triple line line lifters, auxiliary arms and pole pullers. All products under the LineWise name have been field-tested and approved by transmission and distribution maintenance professionals.
The LiftWise brand was also announced in 2013 and represents the custom material handling and man basket product lines. This brand includes multiple models of man baskets designed for accessing high-reach maintenance areas. The baskets offer quick attachment to service cranes, knuckleboom cranes, boom trucks and digger derricks, providing a convenient, safe alternative to renting aerial lifts, using ladders or climbing on equipment. The material handling products includes multiple models of tire handlers, chassis lifters, transporters, fixtures and tools. These products range in capacities from 500 to 130,000 pounds and can be customized to meet your need or application. Most material handling concepts are a direct result of an ergonomic need or safety improvement in the workplace.
The DesignWise brand was announced in 2020 and encompasses all of Diversified’s fully integrated product design and development capabilities. The DesignWise team offers a breadth of services to clients including exploring new markets and products; redesigning or modernizing existing products; improving ergonomics; increasing maintenance efficiency; and making products faster and more profitable.
The RailWise brand was introduced in 2021 and represents the various hirail products that are engineered and produced at Diversified Product Development. RailWise patented hirail products are considered the next generation of hirail maintenance vehicles and machinery. By collaborating with professional rail personnel, our products are equipped and retrofitted to perform hirail maintenance tasks.

We are capable of taking a project all the way to production of finished units or supply you with a complete documentation package that consists of fabrication/weldment prints, assembly documentation, bills of material, vendor sourcing information, jigs and fixtures as well as operators, parts and maintenance manuals.
